Rehabilitation Administration Manual Chapter 31 (RAM31) Supported Employment Program (new February 2008) provides guidance to the Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (SVRC), Rehabilitation Supervisor (RS), and support staff as well as community rehabilitation programs providing Supported Employment services. SVRCs should use RAM31 as a guide to assure the provision of appropriate services to individuals with the most significant disabilities for whom supported employment has been determined necessary to achieve the rehabilitation objective. Please direct requests for PDF copies of RAM31 to the Centralized Services Section at centsvs@dor.ca.gov to the attention of the Supported Employment Coordinator.
