To increase transparency and implementation of ARRA projects, the DOR will ensure adequate staffing is available to plan, monitor, implement, and report the services of resulting from the ARRA funds. Staffing will be utilized in Financial Services, Information Services, Human Resources, and Employment Preparation Services.
