ARRA funds will increase business and employment opportunities for Californians who are blind and visually impaired. The DOR will work with Business Enterprise Program providers and Caltrans to include vending facilities in existing rest areas that are managed and maintained by persons with disabilities, and establishing owned and operated vending facilities.
